In September, 2011, Nicole Cook and Britt Dvorak purchased Krave Colorado Catering from the previous owners. Nicole and Britt felt the opportunity to co-own a catering business was an occasion for which they were prepared. Since they both possess extensive backgrounds as chefs, they felt ready to meet the challenges of the business management side.
